We have no control over that.  All international packages are insured. Shipments to Hawaii and Alaska may be at a higher rate to cover additional costs incurred.
9) We will combine shipping for sales closing within 3 days of each other. Please contact us so that we know you are waiting for a combined invoice. This way we can figure the best way to ship efficiently and save you money.
Terms of Sale
1) Only defective merchandise may be returned within 30 days with prior authorization. Software is not returnable for any reason.
2) Return shipping is the buyers responsibility. Shipping is not refundable.  If item was shipped for free, we will not refund that portion that would cover our cost of shipping.
