You will receive everything you see in the photos.  Most importantly, three 42" rods are included -- with the rod ends already in place!  Be aware, though, that no video is included with your purchase.
This system seems to have been manufactured in 2003 as evidenced by the 2003 Catalog with that copyright date that is included.
"John Flynn's patented Multi-Frame System is ideal for machine and hand quilting without basting.  This is the original, economical, proven quilt frame for no-baste quilting" -- from the front of the Catalog.
Some writing on the rods, perhaps some marks from painter's tape, and some nicks and light gouges..  Minor signs of wear on the contents.  The original box is quite beat up.
